Navigating Title II Requirements:
The Department of Justice has recently enacted regulations under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), requiring state and local governments to ensure their digital content is accessible to individuals with disabilities. We have established a compliance deadline of April 24, 2026, providing us with two years to evaluate our current digital landscape, identify areas of non-compliance, and implement the necessary changes.
