What is Hotjar?

Hotjar is a behavior analytic and user feedback tool that makes it easy to understand user behavior on websites. By adding Hotjar to your site, we can help you with improved user engagement rates and also understand any pain points, bugs.

How does Hotjar Work?

Hotjar generates heatmaps, scroll maps based on user session recordings. Recordings are live playback sessions of users on your site. From each recording, we are able to identify user clicks, mouse movements, and spot quick solutions on the fly.

What is a Heatmap?

A heatmap is a visual tool that represents where users click, move, and scroll on your site. The warm-to-cool spectrum on a heatmap indicates which parts of a page receive more engagement and which parts receive lower engagement. Analyzing heatmaps helps with improved site design, lower bounce rates, drop-offs, and increasing page views, conversion rates.

Heatmap analysis when done along with usability testing yields more effective results.

Additional tools to gather user feedback

In addition to analyzing heatmaps and usability testing, we can also set up user polls, surveys, and other feedback systems on your site. Below are a couple of examples of a real-time suggestion tools for users to express their feelings about parts of your site.""
