Form Icon

Forms:

WordPress websites utilize forms that can collect personal information such as names, phone numbers, and emails. While clients have the flexibility to create and customize these forms, we strongly recommend minimizing the collection of personally identifiable information (PII) to only what is necessary. Our training and support emphasize the importance of data privacy and security best practices, including data minimization.

The retention of collected data varies based on individual client practices and the specific purpose of the form. However, many websites choose to archive public form submissions after a designated period, aligning with data minimization principles.

Third Party Integrations:

To enhance the user experience on our websites, we leverage third-party analytics tools to track user behavior and make data-driven design decisions. By partnering with these providers, we gain valuable insights into how users interact with our websites, including their navigation patterns, time spent on different pages, and conversion rates.
